Working at Kedleston is a life-changing experience. We are hiring for the following positions:

Executive Director: we are looking for leader of leaders who is passionate about camp ministry. This is a permanent, full-time position with admin support and a plugged-in healthy board. Maintenance Director (seasonal May - end of Sept)

Food Services Director (seasonal May - early Sept)

Cabin Leaders: for teen camps it's you and 6 campers or at Kid's Camp/Pre-teen its you, your LIT (leader-in-training) and 6 campers where you lead kids to experience God, loads of fun activities, and help them have the best week of their year.

Support staff: assisting programming in practical ways such as working in the dish pit, running skills activities, groundskeeping, etc.

Kitchen help: to assist the head cook in all aspects of meal preparation. Must like cooking and have some aptitude int he kitchen and enjoy working with a team.

What's camp like?
Imagine waking up in a cabin with six other kids your age, a cabin leader and leader in training and then running into a fun filled day of activities like boating, climbing, swimming, kayaking, and special games fuelled by great food and tied together with chapel services and time with friends.
